Prime Homes was established in 2009 by two friends Bob Fisher and Jason Bair. Bob and Jason have been friends for over 25 years and have enjoyed growing the company into what it is today. Attention to detail, superior craftsmanship, quality construction, and a fun approach to building are important parts of our philosophy.

To efficiently build homes in a timely manner, and eliminate confusion in the field, all interior and exterior selections are made prior to the start of construction. And our team uses a construction management software called Buildertrend. This software helps us communicate internally with all of our construction partners during the build process to keep everything organized and the project moving along.  

After our team helps you select one of our available custom homes or guides you through the custom build process, Prime Homes will be there for you after the final sale. We are members of the National Association of Homebuilders, Homebuilders Association of Fort Wayne, the Better Business Bureau, and Residential Warranty Company. We include a 10-year structural warranty on every home we build. All of our homes are constructed with the same quality and care to ensure a consistent build on each project.
